Sorry not been on but had 3 days off work so been relaxing and sunbathing lol

Well the weather is continuing in the 30's but cooling in first thing in a morning and later in the evening to a nice 25 degrees.

Good news for us residents today as IT IS RAINING and we are all cheering as it will clear the air as it has been very humid the last few days.

I know this is not what you visitors coming to the island want to here but trust me will make it a lot more bearable

Question for Pigeonpie - what is the normal weather we can expect for end september/beginning of October please?

If you say rain, I am NOT bringout out any goodies for you

Still very hot and humid today temp last I looked 35 degrees!!!

Still a nice breeze as cannot put my awning out

Temp early moning and evenings has been in 20's so cooling in a bit then which makes it more barable for sleeping

Regarding your question jacquip I think the weather is here to stay. We have only had one day or rain and that was a sham really as it was that fine stuff and only lasted about 1 hour but it did clear the air for a bit.

I know before we moved here we always came middle of October and the weather was fab.

The locals were right this year as they said it was going to be one of the hottest summers nothing has been said about winter though . It is an hard one to predict with Menorca as you know. For example we were all hoping for a thunderstorm the other week to clear the air, the clouds came it went darker and the wind got up but NADA and then the clouds went and

Well the locals were right about today and boy did it rain

It went right dark at one point and was really scary with high wind and ooohhhh did it come down!!!!

Lets see if tomorrow is the same ??? ???

One thing though it has made it better for working and sleeping in lol

Welll the weather has changed the last few days with temp at night between 18 and 20 degrees which is very cold to us locals

Last two days have been rain rain rain but think it has given out to clear back end of the week so they should get some sunbathing in (I hope)

Well the clouds are gone, blue sky and sun sun sun.

Its back all of you bit nippy in the evening but you can hit the beach for the tans

Well the rain stayed away today but was a bit cloudy. Took a trip to Fornells and the brits were out in the old tee shirts so could not have been that bad Must be me getting into the local clothing

Well it was a rocky start to October with rain and a fantastic thunder storm in the early hours of Friday morning. All our electric was off in Mercadal

But the Saturday the sun starting to pop its lovely head out and has stayed ok since then

Just been for a walk and tempretures 20 degrees so not bad at all

We went the same two weeks in May & Sept/Oct this year as last and this years weather was not a patch on last year's - allthough it was good to watch the 'electric' storm from the patio of the villa on the Monday night

Weather brilliant for having a good nosy around the shops or just a pleasant walk

No rain and wind dropped temp in early 20's
